What is RSS?

Millions of online publishers including newspapers, commercial web sites and weblogs now publish their latest news headlines, product offers and blog postings in an RSS news feed. This is the information i got : Update Services are tools you can use to let other people know you’ve updated your blog. WordPress automatically notifies popular Update Services that you’ve updated your blog by sending a XML-RPC (http://www.xmlrpc.com/) ping each time you create or update a post. In turn, Update Services process the ping and updates their proprietary indices with your update. Now people browsing sites like Technorati or DayPop can find your most recent posts!

Posted in Pinging and Development by: ChetanToday there is an Amazing Change in Technorati Homepage Design and i am totally impressed with the new design. Many Changes are made in the page, and it is cooler now. The Pinging, claiming of new blog, sign in dropbox all are changed to some extent.
