La Jolla real estate is considered as the most expensive real estate in San Diego. Homes in Rancho Santa Fe, including the small number of condos in Rancho Santa Fe, range from just under a million dollars to over 20 million.
With most of the lots ranging from 2-4 acres and strict community standards for upkeep and design it’s really no wonder that Rancho Santa Fe real estate, consisting largely of mansions, large homes, and relatively few condos, commands such high prices. Also information about Coronado, Del Mar, Mission Valley, Pacafic Beach, North Park all near California is available.
